1.FREE RETURNS within 90 days of purchase
-Each order comes with one opportunity to return one or more returnable items for free!
-The item(s) may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase.
-If the returned item is used, damaged or missing parts/accessories,
the refund amount will be reduced to compensate for the loss of value of the item(s).
2.$5.00 Credit for Expedited Delivery
If your order does not arrive on or before the estimated latest delivery date, we will issue you a $5.00 credit (standard logistics) within 48 hours of that date as compensation. The credit will be applied to your credit balance and can be used towards your next order.
3.Returns for Damaged Express Items
If you receive your package and find that certain items were lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that you can easily request a full refund for those items.
4.Refunds for 15 days of no updates on courier delivery
If your parcel has not been logistically updated for more than 15 days and has not been delivered, you can request a free replacement or a refund, as the parcel may have been lost in transit. If you receive your package after requesting a refund, you can dispose of it yourself at without returning it.
5.REFUNDS FOR DELIVERIES LEFT UNDELIVERED FOR 20 DAYS
If your package is undelivered within 20 days of shipment, you can request a free reshipment at or a full refund. If it arrives later, you can keep it for free without returning it.
6.Price Adjustment within 30 Days of Payment

If the selling price of an item purchased from decreases within 30 days of payment in the same country or region as the item purchased from, blakeob will provide the price difference in the currency in which the order was paid.
